FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES
This innovative machine is expertly crafted to fill beverages like milk, juice, and soymilk. It automates the full spectrum of processes-form feed, sterilization, filling, shaping, and sealing-ensuring efficiency and quality at every step.
Our PLC human control system is equipped with a user-friendly Human-Machine Interface that offers displays in both English and Chinese, facilitating effortless operation and a remarkably low fault rate.
With our machine, you can seamlessly execute every operation, from scroll run and batch numbering to plastic tape application, sterilizing, cylinder rolling, material filling, sealing-off, molding, cutting, and horn-shaped formation.
Aseptic Conveying
Aseptic transportation entails the sterile transfer from ultra-high temperature sterilization equipment to aseptic filling machines. This process demands that all intermediate pipelines and equipment are sanitized, disinfected, and maintained airtight. Our machine's AP aseptic manifold valve ensures seamless connectivity to intermediate delivery pipelines.
Sterile Environment
For sterilized packaging materials, refer to the sterilization system overview diagram below. The machine utilizes 35% concentration hydrogen peroxide. As packaging material is heated to approximately 75 degrees and navigates through the hydrogen peroxide water tank, sterilization is achieved. The design by Tetra Pak ensures packaging materials remain in the hydrogen peroxide tank for no less than 6.6 seconds, guaranteeing thorough sterilization. Note: Hydrogen peroxide's efficacy is influenced by its concentration, temperature, and exposure time.
For an overview of our sterile environment system, see the diagram below. Air is initially sterilized at ultra-high temperatures. After cooling, it enters the sterile room, maintaining positive pressure. This cyclic system performs dual functions: renewing sterile air and removing hydrogen peroxide molecules, which dissolve in water and discharge into the dilution tank, supporting environmental sustainability. The sterile environment's creation can be succinctly described as:
1) Utilizing hot sterile air to carry atomized hydrogen peroxide, spraying it within a sealed area.
2) Conversion of atomized hydrogen peroxide into a liquid form, followed by drying with hot sterile air.
3) Post-drying, cooled sterile air is used to uphold positive pressure within the sterile room.
These three elements can be understood in tandem with the spraying and drying section. In the four-step aseptic filling process, 'sterilized packaging material' and 'sterile environment' are achieved through these measures.
