Rinser
Using state-of-the-art Spring cramps in the bottle washing process, empty bottles are elegantly inverted 180 degrees along the rail. Dual internal and external washes ensure impeccable cleanliness and high bottle-washing efficiency.
The Rinsing machine features Sky's original double-opened bottle clip, clasping the bottleneck securely. Made from SUS304, it guarantees hygiene and extraordinary durability.
Equipped with a Bottle clip featuring an efficient spray nozzle, the extrusive droplet forms a precise 15-degree angle, cleaning every facet of the bottle while conserving water remarkably.
Expertly crafted from superior quality stainless steel, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Our drinking water machine is ingeniously equipped with a bottle jam protection device, ensuring seamless operation.
Filler
The PET bottled liquid filler is ingeniously designed for optimal hygiene and structural efficiency, maintaining system stability. It precisely controls the material via the bottleneck with an accuracy of ±2mm (dependent on bottle design). Constructed from SUS304, it boasts an automatic liquid level control system. Its valve elevator engages the bottle neck for precision filling, while wheel-based bottle conveyance enhances efficiency.
Capper
The Screw capping machine, a pivotal precision component in the 3-1 machine, significantly impacts the stability and reliability of goods. It boasts unique features enhancing performance.
1) Shean's incorporation of advanced screw capping technology enhances stability and reliability. Featuring magnetic torque for screw capping, it allows continuous adjustment and fixation of the capping power, preventing cap damage and ensuring dependable capping.
2) In the screw capping section, photoelectrical control is installed to automatically halt the machine if caps are absent or defective, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.

Service Term
1. Installation
Please note that the initial installation service is not part of our standard package. Our esteemed team members are available for installation. However, you must schedule this with us no less than 4 weeks before the desired installation date, ensuring all necessary connections and preparations are in place.
Upon arrival, our expert technicians will not only complete the installation but also conduct a comprehensive two-day training course. This will cover both operational and maintenance procedures. We aim to finish initial installations within 5 working days. Please note that installation duration may vary depending on the machine model and the complexity of your packaging lines. Each working day is 8 hours; any additional time will incur charges detailed in our service fee schedule.
Should our experts be required on site, an advance surcharge of US$80 per person per day applies, plus travel expenses. These expenses include documentation fees (such as visas), all transportation to and from the destination, accommodation (minimum 3-star hotel), and three meals per day.
2. Translator
In cases where a translator is necessary and not supplied by the purchaser,we will gladly provide one at the same rate as the initial installation. Allcommunications with our engineering team should be conducted in Chinese. We offer translation services between English and Chinese, but the purchaser is responsible for translations into the local language.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
We proudly offer a comprehensive two-year warranty on all parts against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damage from human error, improper handling, or wear and tear. Electronic components are backed by the original manufacturer or by Shean (Cangzhou) Corp., Ltd.
2. Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total contract amount must be transferred via T/T to our designated account within 5 working days post-contract signing.
The remaining 70% balance is payable via T/T within 10 working days prior to shipment, ensuring a smooth delivery process.
We also accept payments via L/C, with a 30% advance and the remaining 70% payable at sight of the letter of credit.
