Filler
The PET Bottled Liquid Bottle Filler boasts a well-conceived structure with minimal hygiene dead angles. Crafted from hygienic SUS304, the system features automatic liquid level control. The filling commences when the valve contacts the bottle neck, with diligent bottle conveyance managed by wheel in the filling section.
Capper
The Screw Capping machine is a precision marvel within the 3-1 machine, significantly impacting product stability. Its design ensures reliable and consistent screw capping performance.

Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with our expert team. Scheduling for installation with our professionals must happen at least 4 weeks in advance before the actual visit. Ensure that all necessary connections and infrastructure are prepared before scheduling the service.
Upon arrival of our expert team at your site for final installation, we provide a comprehensive two-day training course on operation and maintenance procedures. The initial installation is completed within 5 working days. The actual number of installation days may vary depending on the machine model and packaging line complexity. Each working day consists of 8 hours, and any additional time will incur charges as per our service fee detailed below.
When our initial installation process is requested, our expert team incurs an advance surcharge of US$80 per person per day, along with all travel expenses. Travel expenses cover documentation fees (such as visa charges), local and destination transportation (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi), accommodation (minimum 3-star facility), and three hot meals daily.
2. Translator
If a translator is needed and cannot't be provided by the purchaser, we will arrange for a translator at the same rate as the initial installation outlined above. All communication with our engineers should be in Chinese. Our translation service is confined to English and Chinese. The purchaser is responsible for translations between the local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are covered under a two Year Warranty for manufacturer's defects only. Any damage due to human error, mishandling, wear-and-tear, or anticipated conditions is excluded. All electronic parts and components are guaranteed by the original manufacturer's warranty or ours.'s manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
30% of the total contract amount must be transferred via T/T to the specified account within 5 working days after signing the purchase contract.
70% of the remaining balance must be paid via T/T before the equipment is delivered, 10 working days prior to shipment.
We also accept L/C payments, with a 30% down payment and 70% L/C at sight.
