Rinser
In our bottle washing process, spring cramps play a pivotal role. These innovative cramps rotate bottles 180° along the conveyance rail, ensuring meticulous internal and external washing, maximizing washing efficiency.
Our Rinser employs the original Sky double-opened bottle clip, which securely grips the bottleneck. Crafted from durable, hygienic SUS304 material, this ensures long-lasting performance.
The bottle clip is enhanced with a precision spray nozzle. The 15° extrusive droplet design guarantees comprehensive coverage, effectively cleaning all bottle sides while optimizing water usage.
Constructed from superior quality stainless steel, ensuring durability and robustness.
This drinking water machine is equipped with an advanced bottle jam protection device, ensuring uninterrupted and smooth operation.
Filler
The PET Bottled Liquid Filler boasts a thoughtfully designed filling structure, minimizing hygiene dead angles. With stable operation and precision control, it expertly manages material from the bottleneck with a remarkable accuracy of ±2mm (dependent on bottle design). The SUS304 filling valve is coupled with an automatic liquid level control system. The filling valve lifts when contacting the bottle neck, initiating a seamless filling process, with bottle conveyance ensured by the wheel system.
Capper
The Screw Capping Machine is a precision masterpiece within our 3-in-1 system, significantly impacting product stability and reliability with the following features:
1) By integrating Shean's advanced screw capping technology, the stability and reliability of the capping process are significantly enhanced. Utilizing magnetic torque for screw capping, the power can be effortlessly adjusted without steps, ensuring caps remain undamaged and securely fastened.
2) Equipped with photoelectric control, the screw capping part intuitively halts operation when no cap or a defective cap is detected, safeguarding the process integrity.

We provide a holistic solution for juice production plants. Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the expert team. All installations with us must be scheduled at least 4 weeks before the planned date. Ensure all necessary connections are ready before our team arrives.
When our expert team arrives for the final installation, a comprehensive two-day training will be provided to the customer, covering operation and maintenance procedures. The initial installation is completed within 5 working days. The duration of the installation may vary depending on the machine model and packaging line. Each workday consists of 8 working hours. Additional days will incur charges as per our fee structure detailed below.
For initial installations requiring our expert team, an advance surcharge is required at US$80 per person per day, plus travel expenses. Travel expenses cover documentation fees (e.g., visa charges), and both local and destination transportation costs (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi, etc.), accommodation (a minimum of 3-star hotel), and three daily hot meals.
2. Translator
If a translator is needed and cannotbe provided by the purchaser, we will supply a translator at the same rate as the initial installation. Allcommunications with our engineer must be in Chinese. Any translation provided by us will be between English and Chinese only. The purchaser is responsible for translating between their local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts come with a two-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not cover defects due to human error, mishandling, wear-and-tear, or other foreseeable conditions. All electronic components are guaranteed by the original part manufacturer or by our company.
2. Payment
A 30% deposit of the total contract amount must be transferred to the designated account within 5 working days after signing the purchase contract.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid via T/T before delivery, at least 10 working days prior to shipment.
We also accept L/C payments, with a 30% down payment and 70% L/C at sight.
