Our machine supports elbow sizes from Φ21mm (1/2 inch) to Φ610mm (24 inch) with a wall thickness range of 3 to 120mm, a mould clamping force spanning 1000 to 23000 KN, and a main thrust capacity of 630 to 12000 KN, operating at a work pressure of 25 MPa. Motor power is adjustable between 11 to 80 KW, accommodating a Max OD of 325MM. Detailed specifications include a Ram Cylinder featuring a piston with a valid travel max thrust, quantities OD200mm OD160mm OD245 at 4000mm 78.5T 2. The machine integrates a 3-grade pumper of integrated connection with models 63SCY-14-1B 1set, 40SCY-14-1B 1set, CY-50 1set, and CY-25 1set. An operation platform is included. The main machine parts boast raw materials such as 200mmx160mm square pipes and steel plates with thicknesses between 18mm and 22mm. The medium-frequency part is rated at 250KW.
