A. Bottle Production Line: Begin your journey from PET Resin to create the perfect bottle. Our line includes an Injection Moulding Machine and a Bottle Blowing Machine, which expertly transforms PET resin into sturdy, lightweight PET bottles.
B. Water Treatment System: Experience pure, pristine water. Starting with raw water, our system incorporates a pump, silica sand filter, carbon filter, water softener, reverse osmosis, UV sterilizer, ozone generator, and finishes with a meticulously maintained water tank.
C. Filling & Packing Part: Our seamless process begins with a bottle unscrambler and air conveyor. It continues with a state-of-the-art 3-in-1 washing, filling, and capping machine, followed by a light checker, blow dryer, date printer, labeling machine, and packing machine, culminating in inventory stock.
Rinser
Our rinser uses advanced spring cramps for bottle washing, capable of a smooth 180-degree rotation along the conveying rail, ensuring optimal cleaning. With dual internal and external washes, it offers superior bottle washing efficiency.
The rinsing machine proudly features the original Sky double-opened bottle clip, designed to securely lock around the bottleneck. Crafted from SUS304 material, this bottle clip ensures a hygienic and long-lasting solution.
Equipped with a powerful spray nozzle, the bottle clip delivers a precise, 15-degree angled droplet, guaranteeing thorough cleaning while conserving water efficiently.
Engineered with premium quality stainless steel, ensuring durability and excellence.
The drinking water machine is equipped with an advanced bottle jam protection device, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation.
Filler
Our PET bottled liquid filler is meticulously designed with a hygienic structure, minimizing dead angles. It ensures stable equipment operation and accurate material control at the bottleneck, achieving a precision of ±2mm. Featuring SUS304 filling valves, the system incorporates automatic liquid level control. Activation begins as the filling valve contacts the bottle neck, guided by a wheel-conveyed filling process.
Capper
The screw capping machine, a crucial component of our 3-in-1 system, is engineered for exceptional precision. It significantly contributes to the product's stability and reliability, ensuring a secure seal every time.
1) Shean's imported advanced screw capping technology enhances stability and reliability. Utilizing magnetic torque, the screw capping power is adjustable without steps and can be fixed. This ensures caps remain undamaged and securely fastened.
2) Equipped with photoelectric controls, the screw capping machine halts automatically if caps are missing or faulty, safeguarding the integrity of the production process.

Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation cost is not included with the professional team. For seamless coordination, schedule all installations with our team at least 4 weeks in advance of the planned trip. Ensure all necessary connections are ready before scheduling the service.
When our professional team arrives on-site for the final installation, we offer a comprehensive two-day training course on operation and maintenance. The initial installation is completed within 5 working days. Actual installation days may vary based on specific machine models and packaging lines. Each workday comprises 8 working hours. Any additional days are billed according to our service fees listed below.
When the initial installation requires our professional team, a surcharge is applied, payable in advance at US$80 per person per day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses cover documentation (visa charges), local and destination transportation (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi, etc.), accommodation (minimum 3-star hotel), and three daily hot meals.
2. Translator
If a translator is required and cannot'be provided by the purchaser, we will supply a translator for the same rate as the initial installation as stated above. Allcommunication with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translations provided by us will cover English and Chinese only. The purchaser is responsible for translating between the local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts come with a two Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. Defects due to human error, mishandling, wear and tear, or foreseeable conditions are not covered. All electronic components are guaranteed by the original manufacturer's warranty or our company.'s manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
30% of the total contract amount must be transferred via T/T to the designated account within 5 working days after signing the purchase contract.
70% of the remaining balance is due by T/T before the equipment is delivered, 10 working days before shipment.
We also accept L/C payments: 30% down payment, and 70% L/C at sight.
