C. Filling & Packing part: Streamline your packaging with our state-of-the-art Bottle Unscrambler, efficient Air Conveyor, and the 3-in-1 Washing, Filling, and Capping Machine. Ensure quality with the Light Checker, Blow Dryer, Date Printer, Labeling Machine, Packing Machine, and Stock system.
Rinser
Innovative spring cramps are employed for the bottle washing process, allowing bottles to invert 180 degrees along the conveying rail. With two cycles of internal and external washing, our system ensures superior efficiency in cleansing your bottles.
The rinsing machine features the original Sky design with a double-opened bottle clip that securely locks the bottleneck. Made from SUS304 material, this ensures maximum hygiene and enduring durability.
Our bottle clip is fitted with a highly efficient spray nozzle. The 15-degree extrusive droplet angle ensures comprehensive washing of all bottle surfaces while conserving water.
Crafted from premium-grade stainless steel for unmatched quality and performance.
The drinking water machine includes a robust bottle jam protection device to ensure seamless operation.
Filler
This PET bottled liquid filler boasts a thoughtfully designed filling structure with hygiene as a top priority. The system operates with stable precision, ensuring material control from the bottleneck and maintaining control accuracy within ±2mm, subject to bottle design. The filling valve, crafted from SUS304, is part of an automatic liquid level control system. Once the filling valve makes contact with the bottleneck, the filling begins. Bottles are conveyed smoothly by the wheel in the filling section.
Capper
The screw capping machine, a crucial precision component of the 3-in-1 machine, significantly impacts the stability and reliability of the final product. It features cutting-edge enhancements.
1) Utilizing advanced screw capping technology imported by Shean, we enhance the machine's stability and reliability. Magnetic torque enables adjustable capping power, preventing cap damage while ensuring secure and reliable capping.
2) The screw capping section integrates photoelectrical control, halting the machine automatically if no cap is detected or if a faulty cap is present, ensuring consistent quality and preventing errors.

Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation service is not included in the standard purchase package. with the professional team. All installations with our expert team must be scheduled a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of the actual service date. Ensure all necessary connectivity and prerequisites are in place before scheduling our service.
While our skilled professional team member arrives on site to complete the final installation, we offer a comprehensive two-day training course to the customer for mastering the operation and maintenance procedures. The initial installation should be completed within 5 working days. The actual installation duration may vary depending on the specific machine model and packaging line configurations. Each workday comprises 8 working hours. Any additional installation days will incur charges as per our service fee schedule below.
When requesting the initial installation, our professional team member will require an advance surcharge payment of US$80 per person per day, along with all travel expenses. This includes documentation fees (visa charges), transportation (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi, or any means necessary to reach the destination), accommodations (minimum 3-star hotel facilities), and three daily hot meals.
2. Translator
In cases where a translator is needed and can't'be provided by the purchaser, we can supply a translator at the same rate as the initial installation fee outlined above. All communications with our engineer must be conducted in Chinese. Translation services provided by us will be strictly between English and Chinese. The purchaser is accountable for translations between the local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are covered under a two Year Warranty against defects originating from the manufacturer. However, defects resulting from human error, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or foreseeable conditions are not covered under this warranty. All electronic parts and components are guaranteed by either the original part's manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
An initial payment of 30% of the total contract value is to be transferred via T/T to the specified account within 5 working days post signing the Purchase Contract.
The remaining 70% of the balance is to be paid via T/T before the equipment is shipped, specifically 10 working days before the scheduled shipment.
We also accommodate L/C payments, with a 30% down payment and 70% payable via L/C at sight.
