Flow Chart
A. Bottle production line begins with PET Resin processed through an Injection Moulding Machine, then advances to the Bottle Blowing Machine, culminating in the creation of robust PET bottles.
B. Water treatment system is a meticulous sequence starting with Raw water passing through a Pump. It then undergoes purification via a Silica sand filter, followed by a Carbon filter. To soften the water, a Water Softener is utilized before the Reverse Osmosis stage. For ultimate purity, UV sterilizer and Ozone generator are employed, resulting in pristine water collected in the Finished water tank.
C. Filling & Packing part is a streamlined process involving a Bottle unscrambler directing bottles onto an Air conveyor. The journey continues with the Washing, Filling, and Capping 3-in-1 machine. Quality checks are ensured with a Light checker and Blow dryer, while a Dater printer, Labeling machine, and Packing machine finalize the packaging, readying stock for dispatch.
Rinser
Ingenious Spring cramps facilitate a high-efficiency bottle washing process. As empty bottles are adeptly turned over 180 degrees along the conveying rail, they undergo rigorous internal and external cleaning, ensuring superior hygiene and operational efficiency.
The Rinsing machine boasts Sky original design featuring a double-opened bottle clip. This bottle clip, crafted from hygienic and durable SUS304 material, securely grasps the bottleneck, ensuring a reliable and efficient wash.
Each bottle clip is equipped with an advanced spray nozzle, which releases a precise 15-degree angled droplet. This methodical technique thoroughly cleanses every facet of the bottle while conserving water resources.
Constructed with premium-grade stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance against wear.
The drinking water machine is thoughtfully designed with a bottle jam protection device, enhancing safety and operational continuity.
Filler
The PET bottled liquid filler is designed with an efficient and hygienic filling structure, ensuring smooth operation devoid of dead angles. This stable system controls the material from the bottleneck with impressive precision, within ±2mm based on bottle design. Equipped with SUS304 valves, the filling system features automatic liquid level control. Once the filling valve contacts the bottleneck, the filling commences, and the bottle is conveyed seamlessly by the wheel during the filling phase.
Capper
The Screw capping machine, a pivotal component in the 3-in-1 system, is engineered for precision, significantly impacting product stability and reliability. Its advanced features ensure exemplary screw capping performance.
1) With Shean's import of cutting-edge screw capping technology, the stability and reliability of the machine are significantly enhanced. The use of magnetic torque allows adjustable, step-free power for screw capping, preventing cap damage while ensuring steadfast and dependable capping.
2) The screw capping system incorporates photoelectric control, which autonomously halts the machine if no cap is detected or if a defective cap is present, safeguarding the operation.

Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. All installation with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
While our professional member arrives at the site for a completed and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days . The actual installation days many vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
When initial installation is being called for our professional member required, the surcharge will be made advance by the purchase at US$80/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees visa charge); local and destination transportation charges air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily hot meals.
2. Translator
If translator is required and can't be provided by purchaser then we will provide a translator for same charge as initial installation stipulated above. All communicate with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provide by us will be based between English and Chinese only. Purchaser is responsible for the translation between local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are under two Year Warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and component can be guaranteed by original part's manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
30% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.
70% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.
We also accept L/C payment, 30% down payment, and 70% L/C at sight
