We provide a comprehensive juice production plant solution, featuring an integrated system that includes Water treatment, bottle blowing machine, washing-filling-capping machine, code sprayer, automatic labeling, packing, and palletizing systems, designed for seamless operation and peak efficiency.
Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. To ensure a seamless experience, all installations with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before the actual trip. All necessary connectivity and site preparations must be completed prior to the scheduled service date.
When our professional member arrives on-site for the final installation, we will provide a comprehensive two-day training course to the customer, covering operation and maintenance procedures. The initial installation is completed within 5 working days. Actual installation duration may vary depending on the machine model and packing lines. Each working day consists of 8 hours. Any additional days will be charged according to our service fees listed below.
If initial installation requires our professional member, a surcharge must be prepaid by the customer at US$80 per person per day, plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees (visa charges), local and destination transportation costs (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi, or any necessary transportation), accommodation (minimum 3-star hotel), and three daily hot meals.
2. Translator
If a translator is needed and cannot't be provided by the purchaser, we will arrange a translator for the same charge as the initial installation specified above. All communication with our engineer must be in Chinese. Translation services provided by us will be exclusively between English and Chinese. The purchaser is responsible for translations between the local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts come with a two Year Warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from human error, mishandling, wear and tear, or any foreseeable conditions. All electronic components are guaranteed by the original manufacturer or our company.'s manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
30% of the total contract amount is to be transferred via T/T to the assigned account within 5 working days after the purchase contract is signed.
70% of the remaining balance must be paid via T/T before the equipment is delivered, which should be 10 working days prior to shipment.
We also accept L/C payment terms, with 30% down payment and 70% L/C at sight.
