We present an all-encompassing juice production plant solution, featuring an integrated system that includes Water treatment, bottle blowing machine, washing-filling-capping machine, code sprayer, automatic labeling, and comprehensive packing and palletizing systems. Tailored to deliver seamless operation and exceptional productivity.
Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation service is not included with the expertise of our professional team. To ensure a seamless setup, all installations with our skilled team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance of the actual visit. It's crucial that all necessary connections are prepared prior to arranging our service.
While our accomplished team member arrives onsite for the final and comprehensive installation, we provide a two-day training course to our customers, covering the operation and maintenance procedures. This initial installation is typically completed within 5 working days . Please note that the exact installation duration may vary, depending on the machine model and packaging line specifics. Each workday comprises 8 working hours. Should additional days be required, they will be billed according to the service fees listed below.
When initial installation is requested, and our expert presence is necessary, an advance surcharge of US$80 per person per day will be required, along with all travel expenses. Travel expenses encompass documentation fees (visa charges); local and destination transportation costs (airfare, train, ferry, bus, taxi, or any other transport necessary to reach the destination); accommodation (minimum of a 3-star hotel facility), and three hot meals per day.
2. Translator
If a translator is required andcannotbe provided by the purchaser, we can offer a translator at the same rate as the initial installation charge mentioned above. All communication with our engineer must be conducted in Chinese. Any translation provided by us will be limited to English and Chinese only. The purchaser is responsible for translating between the local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All components are covered under a two Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by human error, mishandling, normal wear and tear, or any foreseeable conditions. All electronic parts and components can be guaranteed by the original part's manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
A 30% portion of the total contract amount is to be transferred (T/T) into the assigned account within 5 working days following the signing of the Purchase contract.
The remaining 70% of the balance must be settled via T/T before the equipment is dispatched, at least 10 working days before shipment.
We also offer flexible payment options, including L/C payment, with a 30% down payment and 70% L/C at sight.
