C. Filling & Packing Part: Initiate with the Bottle Unscrambler, move through the Air Conveyor, and into the sophisticated Washing, Filling, Capping 3-in-1 Machine. Quality checks with the Light Checker, followed by a Blow Dryer, Dater Printer, Labeling Machine, Packing Machine, culminating in organized Stock.
Rinser
Utilizing dynamic spring cramps in the bottle washing process, bottles can smoothly rotate 180 degrees along the conveying rail. With dual internal and external washing phases, the bottle washing efficiency soars.
The Rinsing Machine features the innovative Sky original double-opened bottle clip, securing bottles at the neck with durable, hygienic SUS304 material.
Bottle clips are paired with high-efficiency spray nozzles, the 15-degree angle of droplet extrusion ensures comprehensive bottle cleaning, optimizing water usage.
Constructed from premium quality stainless steel, ensuring exceptional durability and performance.
The drinking water machine is thoughtfully equipped with a bottle jam protection device for seamless operation.
Filler
Our PET bottled liquid filler is expertly designed for optimal hygiene with a well-structured filling system. It operates with exceptional stability, controlling material from the bottleneck with precision accuracy of ±2mm (dependent on bottle design). With SUS304 material for the filling valve, the system includes automatic liquid level control. The filling valve elevator activates upon contact with the bottleneck, and bottles are efficiently conveyed by the wheel during filling.
Capper
The Screw Capping Machine, a pinnacle of precision in the 3-in-1 system, crucially affects product stability and reliability, boasting the following outstanding features.
1) Shean's advanced screw capping technology enhances machine stability and reliability. The magnetic torque allows step-free power adjustments, safeguarding caps from damage and ensuring consistent capping.
2) The screw capping section includes photoelectric controls that automatically halt operations if caps are absent or defective, maintaining efficiency and quality control.

Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. All installations with our expert team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance of the actual trip. Ensure all necessary connectivity is ready before scheduling the service.
While our professional member arrives onsite for a complete and final installation, a comprehensive two-day training course will be provided for customer operation and maintenance procedures. The initial installation is completed within 5 working days. The actual installation days may vary based on different machine models and packing lines. Each working day consists of 8 working hours. Any additional day will incur charges as per our service fee listed below.
When the initial installation is requested, our professional member's required surcharge will be prepaid by the purchaser at US$80/person/day, plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees (visa charges); local and destination transportation (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi, or any means of transport to/from the destination); accommodation (minimum 3-star hotel facility), and three daily hot meals.
2. Translator
If a translator is required and cannot't be provided by the purchaser, we will provide a translator for the same charge as the initial installation stipulated above. All communication with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provided by us will be between English and Chinese only. The purchaser is responsible for translation between the local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are under a two Year Warranty against defects from the manufacturer. Any defects caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and-tear, or any foreseeable conditions are not covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and components can be guaranteed by the original parts'manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
30% of the total contract amount is to be transferred via T/T to the assigned account within 5 working days after the purchase contract is signed.
70% of the balance must be made via T/T before delivery, 10 working days prior to shipment.
We also accept L/C payment, with 30% down payment and 70% L/C at sight.
