Rinser
Our Spring Cramps revolutionize the bottle washing process. By allowing bottles to rotate 180 degrees along the conveying rail, we ensure twice the efficiency with both internal and external washing, guaranteeing pristine cleanliness.
Featuring Sky Original and Double-Opened Bottle Clip technology, our Rinsing Machine securely locks the bottleneck with durable SUS304 material, ensuring a hygienic and long-lasting operation.
Equipped with a Bottle Clip and an efficient spray nozzle, the 15-degree angle creates an extrusive droplet that thoroughly cleans every side of the bottle while conserving water.

Filler
The PET Bottled Liquid Bottle Filler is meticulously designed with a hygienic, dead-angle-free structure ensuring stable equipment operation. It controls material precisely from the bottleneck with an accuracy of ±2mm, contingent on bottle design. Featuring SUS304 filling valve material and an automatic liquid level control system, the filler activates upon contact with the bottle neck, smoothly conveying bottles via the wheel system.
Capper
Our Screw Capping Machine, a pivotal precision component of the 3-in-1 machine, plays a crucial role in ensuring product stability and reliability, boasting features that enhance its performance.
1) Shean's cutting-edge screw capping technology enhances the machine's stability and reliability. The magnetic torque system allows for step-less power adjustments, offering fixed power options to prevent cap damage and ensure dependable capping.

Service Term
1. Installation
Please note, the initial installation is not part of the standard package. Our expert team ensures smooth installation, requiring scheduling at least 4 weeks ahead of the actual visit. Make sure all necessary connections are ready before the appointment.
Upon arrival, our expert team completes the installation, followed by a comprehensive two-day training course on operation and maintenance. Installation is typically completed within 5 working days. The installation timeframe can vary based on the machine model and packaging lines. Each working day consists of 8 hours. Additional days will incur extra charges as per the service fee schedule.
When installation is requested, and our expert presence is required, a surcharge of US$80/person/day applies, plus all travel expenses. This includes documentation fees (visa charges); transportation costs (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi); accommodation (minimum 3-star hotel); and three daily hot meals.
2. Translator
Should a translator be necessary and unavailable from the purchaser, we can provide one at the same rate as the installation service mentioned.All communication with our engineers must be in Chinese. Translation services between English and Chinese are available from us, while the purchaser is responsible for local language translation. All interactions with our engineers should be in Chinese. For translations between English and Chinese, we will assist. Purchasers handle local language translations.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts come with a two -year warranty against manufacturing defects. Human errors, mishandling, wear-and-tear, and foreseeable circumstances are not covered. Electronic components are backed by the manufacturer's or our company's warranty.
2. Payment
A 30% deposit of the total contract value is required via T/T to the designated account within 5 working days post-contract signing.
The remaining 70% must be settled via T/T at least 10 working days before shipment to ensure delivery.
We also accept L/C payments, with 30% down and the remaining 70% payable at sight via L/C.
