Rinser
Our advanced spring cramps ensure an efficient bottle washing process. The empty bottles are gracefully turned 180° along the conveying rail, enabling thorough internal and external washing. This dual-action washing ensures superior cleanliness and efficiency.
The rinsing machine features the innovative Sky original, double-opened bottle clip, which secures the bottleneck with precision. Constructed from hygienic and durable SUS304, this ensures long-lasting performance and sanitation.
Equipped with an efficient spray nozzle, the bottle clip dispenses an extrusive droplet at a 15° angle, ensuring comprehensive washing of all bottle sides while conserving water effectively.
Constructed from high-grade stainless steel, offering unparalleled quality and durability.
Our drinking water machine is ingeniously equipped with a bottle jam protection device to prevent interruptions, ensuring seamless operation.
Filler
The PET bottled liquid filler boasts a meticulously designed filling structure, ensuring minimal hygiene dead angles. It operates smoothly, maintaining control from the bottleneck with precision accuracy of ±2mm, contingent upon bottle design. Made of SUS304, the filling valve works with an automatic liquid level control, engaging once the valve contacts the bottleneck. Bottles glide seamlessly through the filling process, managed by the wheel system.
Capper
As the most precise component of the 3-in-1 machine, the screw capping machine significantly impacts product stability. It elevates reliability with advanced capping features.
1) Shean integrates state-of-the-art screw capping technology to enhance the machine's stability and reliability. The magnetic torque allows for adjustable capping power, preventing damage to caps while ensuring consistent and secure capping.
2) Fitted with photoelectrical controls, the screw capping section automatically halts operations if caps are missing or defective, thereby safeguarding product quality.

Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation cost is not included with the professional guidance of our team members. To ensure a seamless experience, all installations with our team require scheduling a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of the actual visit. Please ensure all necessary connectivity prerequisites are in place prior to arranging the service.
When our professional team arrives onsite for the final installation, we provide a comprehensive two-day training course. This course covers essential operations and maintenance procedures. The initial installation is efficiently conducted within 5 working days . The duration of the installation may vary depending on the specific machine model and packaging lines. Our standard workday consists of 8 productive hours. Any additional days will incur charges as per our service fees listed below.
If the initial installation requires calling upon our professional team, the surcharge will be prepaid by the purchaser at a rate of US$80 per person per day, plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses encompass documentation fees (e.g., visa charges), local and destination transportation (airfare, train, ferry, bus, taxi, or any required transport means), accommodations (minimum of a 3-star hotel), and three hot meals daily.
2. Translator Services
In the event a translator is needed andcannotbe provided by the purchaser, we will supply a translator at the same rate as the initial installation fee mentioned above. All communications with our engineers should be conducted in Chinese. Translation services provided by us will facilitate communication between English and Chinese only. It is the purchaser's responsibility to manage translations between the local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty Assurance
All parts are covered under a two year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from human error, mishandling, wear-and-tear, or foreseeable conditions. All electronic parts and components are assured by either the original parts'manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment Terms
A 30% down payment of the total contract amount is required via T/T to the assigned account within 5 working days post-signature of the purchase contract.
The remaining 70% of the balance is to be settled via T/T before the equipment is dispatched, specifically 10 working days prior to shipment.
We also accommodate L/C payment terms, with a 30% initial down payment and the remaining 70% through L/C at sight.
