1. Main body is strong and durable.


2. Underframe is welded with structural steel and steel plate, and machine milled. Pushing plate uses T type groove structure, ensuring smooth travel. Under the push board, there is a wear-resistant grey iron plate with wear compensation regulating variable.


3. Bending radius can be adjusted conveniently and with high precision using the cycloidal motor drive screw rod adjustment.


4. The hydraulic system uses frequency control, allowing for stepless variable speed and convenient adjustment. This improves production efficiency, saves energy, and reduces electricity consumption. The motor speed is adjusted according to the feeding speed, which in turn adjusts the fuel delivery accordingly. This ensures on-demand oil supply and prevents high pressure unloading, keeping the oil temperature at an optimal level.


5. The rocker arm uses the center boom structure, overcoming the twist of the rocker caused by bend moment. This results in high bending precision and minimal rotating resistance, making it especially suitable for thin wall tube bending.


6. The medium frequency power supply adopts a zero pressure startup mode, ensuring a high success rate and heating efficiency, while keeping the failure rate low. The control device maintains a stable power output even with input line voltage fluctuations of up to ±15%.
