Rinser
Spring cramps are expertly utilized during the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can effortlessly be turned over 180° along the conveying rail, allowing for two thorough internal and external washes. This ensures an incredibly efficient bottle washing process.
The rinsing machine proudly adopts the original Sky design with a double-opened bottle clip. This innovative bottle clip securely locks onto the bottleneck, crafted from SUS304 material, offering both hygiene and durability in spades.
The bottle clip is enhanced with an efficient spray nozzle, delivering an extrusive droplet at a precise 15° angle. This ensures comprehensive washing of all bottle sides, optimizing water use and minimizing waste.

Filler
The PET bottled liquid filler boasts a well-engineered filling structure with minimal hygiene dead angles. This ensures stable equipment operation, controlling material from the bottleneck with an impressive precision of ±2mm, subject to bottle design. Crafted from SUS304, the filling valves provide automatic liquid level control. The system activates as the filling valve engages the bottle neck, ensuring seamless and accurate filling while bottles are conveyed smoothly by the wheel.
Capper
The screw capping machine, a pivotal component of the 3-in-1 system, significantly influences the stability and reliability of the final product. It's engineered for precision to ensure top-notch performance.
1) Shean's import of advanced screw capping technology enhances the stability and reliability of the machine. The magnetic torque system allows for adjustable power, preventing cap damage while ensuring consistent and reliable capping.
2) The screw capping section is outfitted with photoelectric controls, automatically halting operations if a cap is missing or defective, safeguarding product integrity.

We provide a complete solution for juice production plants, including the Water treatment system, Bottle blowing machine, Washing, filling, and capping machine, Code sprayer, Automatic labeling machine, Automatic packing machine, and Automatic Palletizer system.
Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the skilled expertise of our team. To ensure a seamless setup, all installations should be scheduled a minimum of 4 weeks in advance. Please confirm that all necessary connections are prepared before the service appointment.
Upon arrival, our expert team will conduct a thorough installation and offer a comprehensive two-day training session to guide you through operation and maintenance procedures. We guarantee the initial installation within 5 working days. Note that the duration of installation may vary depending on the machine model and packing line complexity. Each workday is comprised of 8 productive hours. Should additional days be required, they will be billed as per our service fee schedule.
For installations requiring our expert team, a surcharge of US$80 per person per day, along with all travel expenses, must be prepaid. Travel expenses include but are not limited to visa fees, local and destination transportation (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi), accommodation in at least a 3-star hotel, and three hot meals daily.
2. Translator
If translation services are necessary and the purchaser cannot provide a translator, we will supply one for the same rate as the initial installation. Allcommunication with our engineers must be conducted in Chinese. Should you require translation services, they will be available for English and Chinese only. The purchaser is accountable for translation between the local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All components are covered under a two Year Warranty for manufacturer defects. This warranty does not apply to damage due to human error, mishandling, or regular wear and tear. Electronic parts and components are backed by the original manufacturer's warranty or by our company.
2. Payment
An initial deposit of 30% of the total contract value must be transferred to the designated account within 5 working days of signing the purchase contract.
The remaining 70% is due via T/T prior to delivery, at least 10 working days before shipment of the ordered equipment.
We also accommodate L/C payments, with a 30% down payment and the balance of 70% payable via L/C at sight.
