- Main body is strong and durable.
- Underframe welded with structural steel and steel plate, and machine milling. Pushing plate using T type groove structure, ensuring smooth travel. Under the push board with grey iron plate, wear-resistant. Have wear compensation regulating variable.
- Bending radius is adjusted by cycloidal motor drive screw rod adjustment, allowing for convenient and precise adjustment.
- Hydraulic system uses frequency control, providing stepless variable speed for convenient adjustment, improved production efficiency, and energy savings. The motor speed is adjusted according to the feeding speed, allowing for on-demand oil supply and preventing high pressure unloading and excessive oil temperature.
- Rocker arm uses the center boom structure, overcoming the twist of the rocker caused by bend moment. This ensures high bending precision and reduces rotating resistance, making it especially suitable for thin wall tube bending.
