Aseptic Conveying
Aseptic transportation is pivotal, entailing seamless movement from ultra-high temperature sterilization equipment to aseptic filling machines. This process mandates that all connecting pipelines and intermediate equipment can be sanitized, disinfected, and maintained airtight. The machine's AP aseptic manifold valve seamlessly integrates with the intermediate delivery pathway, ensuring a pristine operation.
Sterile Environment
Refer to the sterilization system overview for sterilized packaging materials. Utilizing hydrogen peroxide at a 35% concentration, the machine expertly sterilizes packaging materials by heating them to approximately 75 degrees as they traverse through the hydrogen peroxide water tank. Tetra Pak's ingeniously designed hydrogen peroxide water tank ensures materials remain immersed for at least 6.6 seconds, guaranteeing thorough sterilization. Note: The efficacy of hydrogen peroxide sterilization is contingent upon concentration, temperature, and duration.
For insights into maintaining a sterile environment, consult the sterile system overview. Air undergoes sterilization via ultra-high temperature heaters before cooling and entry into the sterile room, where it sustains positive pressure. This cyclical replacement of sterile air serves dual purposes: refreshing the sterile environment and safely removing hydrogen peroxide molecules, which, upon dissolving with water, are expelled into the dilution tank, enhancing environmental protection. The creation of a sterile environment can be distilled into three core practices:
1) Employ hot sterile air to convey atomized hydrogen peroxide, spraying it into an enclosed space.
2) Liquefy the atomized hydrogen peroxide, followed by drying with hot sterile air, ensuring purity.
3) Post-drying, utilize cooled sterile air to uphold a consistent positive pressure within the sterile room, maintaining integrity.
These three pivotal steps are foundational for achieving 'sterilized packaging material' and a 'sterile environment,' integral to the four-step aseptic filling process detailed in the subsequent section.
