A. Bottle Production Line: The journey begins with PET Resin being transformed via the Injection Moulding Machine followed by the Bottle Blowing Machine, resulting in pristine PET Bottles ready for the next stage of excellence.
B. Water Treatment System: From Raw Water intake, each drop is meticulously processed through a series of advanced equipment-Pump, Silica Sand Filter, Carbon Filter, Water Softener, Reverse Osmosis, UV Sterilizer, and Ozone Generator-concluding in the Finished Water Tank, ensuring the purest water quality.
C. Filling & Packing Part: The process includes a Bottle Unscrambler leading to an Air Conveyor before entering the Washing, Filling, and Capping 3-in-1 Machine. Each bottle undergoes rigorous quality checks with a Light Checker and Blow Dryer, followed by precise labeling with a Dater Printer and Labeling Machine, securely packed by the Packing Machine en route to Stock.
Rinser
Ingenious spring cramps facilitate the bottle washing process by flipping empty bottles 180 degrees along the conveying rail. With two intensive internal and external washes, the efficiency of bottle cleaning is exemplary.
The Rinsing Machine employs Sky's original design with a double-opened bottle clip that securely grips the bottleneck. Made from hygienic and durable SUS304 material, it ensures top-notch cleanliness.
Equipped with a high-efficiency spray nozzle, the Bottle Clip disperses an angled spray at 15 degrees, ensuring thorough cleansing while conserving water resources efficiently.

Filler
The PET Bottled Liquid Filler boasts a meticulously crafted filling structure with an optimized design to avoid hygiene dead angles. It operates smoothly, controlling the material precisely from the bottleneck with an accuracy of ±2mm, subject to bottle design. Equipped with SUS304 filling valves, this system features an automatic liquid-level control, starting the filling process upon contact with the bottle neck, ensuring seamless transition by wheel conveyance in the filling area.
Capper
The Screw Capping Machine is the crown jewel of the 3-in-1 system, delivering unparalleled precision. It significantly enhances product stability and reliability, featuring an array of advanced attributes.
1) Shean incorporates state-of-the-art screw capping technology, enhancing both stability and reliability. The magnetic torque system allows for adjustable power settings without steps, ensuring caps remain undamaged and the capping process is consistently dependable.
2) The Screw Capping part is safeguarded by photoelectrical controls. If a cap is absent or defective, the machine halts automatically, preventing errors and ensuring uninterrupted production efficiency.

Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. To ensure a seamless installation experience, scheduling with our expert team must occur at least 4 weeks in advance. All necessary connections must be in place before the service is scheduled, ensuring efficient execution.
While our professional member arrives at your location for a final and comprehensive installation, we offer a valuable two-day training course for operation and maintenance procedures. The initial installation, aimed at flawless integration, is delivered within 5 working days. Actual installation duration may vary, contingent on machine model and packaging lines. Our standard daily working hours consist of 8 hours. Additional days will incur fees as per our service pricing below.
When initial installation requires our professional member, a prepaid surcharge of US$80/person/day applies, along with travel expenses. These include documentation (visa fees), transportation (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi), accommodation (minimum 3-star hotel), and three daily hot meals.
2. Translator
Should a translator be necessary and unavailable from the purchaser, we will provide one at the same rate as the initial installation, as outlined above.'Translation interactions with our engineer should be in Chinese. Our translation services cover English and Chinese. Purchasers handle translation between local language and English. All communication should be meticulously managed to ensure clarity and precision, thereby facilitating smooth coordination.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are under a comprehensive two-year warranty covering defects from the manufacturer. Other defects due to human error, mishandling, wear-and-tear, and foreseeable conditions are excluded. Electronic parts are warranted by the original manufacturer's terms or by us.
2. Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total contract amount is required to be transferred into the designated account within 5 working days post-signature of the Purchase Contract.
The remaining 70% must be transferred via T/T before equipment dispatch, ensuring completion 10 working days prior to shipment. We also accommodate L/C payments, entailing a 30% down payment and 70% L/C at sight.
