FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES
Purpose-built for filling milk, juice, soymilk, and a variety of beverages, this machine revolutionizes the production line, automating each step from form feed, sterilization, filling, to shaping and sealing, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
Our PLC human control system is equipped with a sophisticated Human-Machine Interface that accommodates both English and Chinese languages, facilitating effortless operation and significantly reducing the likelihood of errors.
This equipment empowers you to complete every crucial task with ease, from scroll running, batch numbering, and attaching plastic tape, to sterilization, cylinder rolling, material filling, sealing, molding, cutting, and forming horn-shaped products.
Aseptic Conveying
Our aseptic transportation system seamlessly transitions from ultra-high temperature sterilization equipment to our hygienic filling machines. The entire pathway, including pipelines and equipment, is meticulously sanitized and kept hermetically sealed. The AP aseptic manifold valve serves as a crucial link to the intermediate delivery pipeline, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are upheld.
Sterile Environment
Delve into the intricacies of our sterilization system as depicted in the accompanying diagram. Utilizing hydrogen peroxide at a concentration of 35%, the packaging material is exposed to approximately 75 degrees of heat, passing through the hydrogen peroxide tank to ensure comprehensive sterilization. Tetra Pak's innovative design guarantees a minimum exposure time of 6.6 seconds within the tank, optimizing efficiency and ensuring absolute sterilization. Note: The efficacy of hydrogen peroxide is influenced by concentration, temperature, and duration.
Our sterile system, illustrated in the diagram, showcases the air purification process through an ultra-high temperature heater. Post-cooling, the air enters the sterile room, maintaining a positive pressure environment. The smart cyclic replacement of sterile air serves dual purposes: rejuvenating the sterile atmosphere and removing hydrogen peroxide, which is then safely dissolved and directed to a dilution tank, supporting eco-friendly operations. The sterile environment is crafted with precision and care:
1) Employ hot sterile air to disperse atomized hydrogen peroxide effectively into the sealed environment.
2) Liquefy and subsequently dry the atomized hydrogen peroxide using hot sterile air.
3) Utilize cooled sterile air post-drying to sustain a consistent positive pressure within the sterile room.
These fundamental steps, when integrated with the subsequent sections on spraying and drying, flawlessly accomplish the aseptic filling process, particularly in maintaining sterilized packaging materials and a pristine environment.

5.Anstrallation and Commissioning
INSTALLATION and COMISSIONING Two weeks before the equipment is shipped, the seller and the buyer will communicate on the equipment entry conditions, required installation and commissioning cooperation and other matters, and assist the buyer in preparing the project site. The buyer shall prepare the water source, power source and steam source required for equipment commissioning and operation to connect to the seller's equipment according to the seller's requirements. After the equipment arrives at the user's workshop, the goods will be unpacked in the presence of personnel from both parties. The seller's personnel shall carry out the installation, commissioning and trial production of the equipment with the assistance of the buyer's personnel, and achieve the design capability within the planned time. The seller is responsible for the tools and spare parts needed for installation and commissioning (except for inconvenient transportation, such as argon gas).
6. Staff Training
Our company should dispatch enough skilled technicians to put the machine into use within the necessary time and train customer personnel. The technical staff's air tickets, board and lodging fees and any car rental costs will be borne by the buyer
7.Guarantee
The above products are guaranteed not to be affected by possible defects in materials and/or workmanship within 12 months from the date of installation. If the buyer issues a written notice in a timely manner within 15 days after the defect is discovered, and within the above-mentioned maximum period of 12 months, the seller will repair and/or replace the defective part at its own expense.
8.After Sales Service
After the installation and training plan is completed, if the buyer submits a written application to the seller, the seller will intervene and provide services to the machinery and/or equipment provided. Every time a service is requested, the buyer's technical staff's travel expenses (round trip), board and lodging, and any rental car expenses must be paid, as well as a daily fee of US$150 per technician.
