With its servo control auger, the machine offers enhanced stability and accuracy. The step motor can be customized for cost-effectiveness.
The PLC+ touch screen control with an English version interface makes operation easy and user-friendly. The machine can be used by weight or volume, depending on the user's needs. An electric scale or load cell can be connected to the touch screen for weight feedback.
The machine features a preset spec parameter item, allowing users to change the target weight on the work page. This automatically adjusts the fast filling weight, slow filling weight, and mini weight value. The auger attachment can be changed to accommodate various materials, from fine powder to granules.
The top hopper is equipped with a level sensor for automatic control of the feeding machine. Filling can be controlled using the foot pedal. The 50L hopper is half open, making it easier to change the screw or clean the inner wall.
