Rinser
Employing advanced Spring Cramps in the bottle washing phase allows for a meticulous 180-degree rotation along the conveying rail. With dual internal and external washes, our method ensures unparalleled high-efficiency cleaning.
Crafted with innovation, the Rinsing Machine uses Sky's original double-opened bottle clip design. It securely locks the bottleneck, utilizing hygienic and enduring SUS304 material for a superior rinse.
Our Bottle Clip comes equipped with an innovative spray nozzle, delivering an extrusive droplet at a precise 15-degree angle. This ensures comprehensive cleaning coverage while conserving water efficiently.

Filler
Designed for precision, our PET bottled liquid filler features a hygienic, strategically structured filling mechanism ensuring stable operation. The SUS304 filling valve material guarantees durability, complemented by an automatic liquid level control system. The innovative filling valve elevator begins operation upon neck contact, seamlessly facilitated by a wheel-driven bottle conveyance system.
Capper
The precision-engineered Screw Capping Machine, a pivotal component of the 3-in-1 setup, significantly enhances product stability and reliability. Discover its powerful features ensuring impeccable capping performance.

We provide a holistic solution for juice production plants, encompassing a water treatment system, bottle blowing machine, washing, filling, capping machine, code sprayer, automatic labeling machine, automatic packing machine, and an automatic palletizer system, ensuring a streamlined and efficient production process.
Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional team member. To ensure a seamless experience, schedule installations with our expert team at least 4 weeks in advance of the intended date. Ensure all essential connectivity is established before scheduling the service.
Upon the arrival of our professional team member for the final installation, we offer an extensive two-day training course. This course is designed to equip customers with the skills for effective operation and maintenance. Initial installation typically occurs within 5 working days . The actual number of days may vary depending on machine models and packaging lines. Our standard working day consists of 8 hours. Additional days will incur charges based on the service fees outlined below.
When requesting initial installation from our professional team, a surcharge will be required in advance by the purchaser, at a rate of US$80 per person per day, plus all travel expenses. These include documentation fees (visa charges); local and destination transport costs (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi, or any other necessary means); accommodation (at minimum a 3-star hotel); and three daily hot meals.
2. Translator
If a translator is necessary and cannot'be provided by the purchaser, we will supply a translator at the same rate as the initial installation. All communication with our engineer should be conducted in Chinese. Our provided translation services cover English and Chinese only. Customers are responsible for translations between the local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are covered under a two year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes defects resulting from human error, improper handling, wear-and-tear, or predictable conditions. All electronic parts and components are guaranteed by the original part's manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
30% of the total contract amount should be transferred via T/T to the designated account within 5 working days of signing the purchase contract.
70% of the remaining balance must be settled via T/T before delivery, at least 10 working days prior to shipment.
We also accept L/C payments: 30% as a down payment and 70% L/C at sight.
