FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES
Our ingenious machine is engineered to fill milk, juice, soymilk, and an array of other beverages. It seamlessly automates the entire process from form feed to sterilization, filling, shaping, and sealing, ensuring maximum efficiency and consistency.
Equipped with a sophisticated PLC human control system, it boasts an intuitive Human-Machine Interface that showcases information in both English and Chinese, facilitating straightforward operation and minimizing fault rates.
This versatile machine effortlessly completes every job step, including scroll run, batch numbering, plastic tape sticking, sterilizing, cylinder rolling, material filling, sealing-off, molding, cutting, and horn-shaped formation, all executed with precision and speed.
Aseptic Conveying
Aseptic transportation embodies the seamless journey from ultra-high temperature sterilization equipment to the aseptic filling machines. This process demands that all pipelines and equipment in between stay sanitized, disinfected, and perfectly airtight. The AP aseptic manifold valve of our machine connects seamlessly with the intermediate delivery pipeline, ensuring flawless operation.
Sterile Environment
For impeccably sterilized packaging materials, refer to the sterilization system overview diagram below. Our machine ingeniously uses hydrogen peroxide at a concentration of 35%. When packaging material is heated to about 75 degrees and passes through the hydrogen peroxide tank, the sterilization power of hydrogen peroxide is fully harnessed. Tetra Pak has designed a tank that ensures packaging material spends no less than 6.6 seconds in the hydrogen peroxide bath, guaranteeing thorough sterilization. It's essential to note that the efficiency of hydrogen peroxide sterilization is influenced by concentration, temperature, and time.
For maintaining a pristine sterile environment, refer to the sterile system overview diagram below. Air undergoes high-temperature sterilization via an ultra-high temperature heater. Once cooled, it enters the sterile room and is kept at a positive pressure. As depicted in the diagram, sterile air is cyclically replaced, offering dual benefits: refreshing old sterile air and removing hydrogen peroxide molecules, which dissolve in water and are expelled into the dilution tank, promoting an eco-friendly operation. The creation of a sterile environment can be succinctly summarized as follows:
1) Utilize hot sterile air to introduce atomized hydrogen peroxide into a closed area, ensuring thorough coverage and sterilization.
2) Transform the atomized hydrogen peroxide into a liquid form, followed by drying with hot sterile air to solidify the sterilization process.
3) Post-drying, employ cooled sterile air to uphold positive pressure within the sterile room, maintaining optimal sterilization conditions.
The aforementioned three points can be fully understood when examined alongside the spraying and drying processes in the subsequent section. In the four stages of aseptic filling, both 'sterilized packaging material' and 'sterile environment' are achieved through the processes outlined in this section.

5.Anstrallation and Commissioning
INSTALLATION and COMISSIONING Two weeks before the equipment is shipped, the seller and the buyer will communicate on the equipment entry conditions, required installation and commissioning cooperation and other matters, and assist the buyer in preparing the project site. The buyer shall prepare the water source, power source and steam source required for equipment commissioning and operation to connect to the seller's equipment according to the seller's requirements. After the equipment arrives at the user's workshop, the goods will be unpacked in the presence of personnel from both parties. The seller's personnel shall carry out the installation, commissioning and trial production of the equipment with the assistance of the buyer's personnel, and achieve the design capability within the planned time. The seller is responsible for the tools and spare parts needed for installation and commissioning (except for inconvenient transportation, such as argon gas).
6. Staff Training
Our company should dispatch enough skilled technicians to put the machine into use within the necessary time and train customer personnel. The technical staff's air tickets, board and lodging fees and any car rental costs will be borne by the buyer
7.Guarantee
The above products are guaranteed not to be affected by possible defects in materials and/or workmanship within 12 months from the date of installation. If the buyer issues a written notice in a timely manner within 15 days after the defect is discovered, and within the above-mentioned maximum period of 12 months, the seller will repair and/or replace the defective part at its own expense.
8.After Sales Service
After the installation and training plan is completed, if the buyer submits a written application to the seller, the seller will intervene and provide services to the machinery and/or equipment provided. Every time a service is requested, the buyer's technical staff's travel expenses (round trip), board and lodging, and any rental car expenses must be paid, as well as a daily fee of US$150 per technician.
