5. Installation and Commissioning
INSTALLATION and COMMISSIONING Two weeks before shipment, both parties will discuss equipment entry conditions, installation requirements, and other preparatory matters. The buyer must prepare the necessary water, power, and steam sources as per the seller's specifications. Upon arrival at the buyer's workshop, the equipment will be unpacked jointly by both parties' personnel. The seller will handle installation, commissioning, and trial production with the buyer's assistance, ensuring the equipment reaches its designed capability on schedule. The seller will provide all necessary tools and spare parts for installation and commissioning, except items that are difficult to transport, such as argon gas.
6. Staff Training
Our company will send experienced technicians to ensure the machine is operational and to train your staff. The buyer will cover the technicians' air tickets, accommodations, and car rental costs.
7. Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed against material and workmanship defects for 12 months from the installation date. If a defect is reported in writing within 15 days of discovery, and within the 12-month period, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost.
8. After Sales Service
After installation and training, if the buyer submits a written application, our company will provide service for the machinery and/or equipment. Each service request will incur travel, accommodation, and any rental car expenses for our technical staff, along with a daily fee of USD 150 per technician.'s technical staff's travel expenses (round trip), board and lodging, and any rental car expenses must be paid, as well as a daily fee of US$150 per technician.
