B. Water Treatment System: Starting with Raw Water, it moves through a sophisticated process involving a Pump, Silica Sand Filter, Carbon Filter, Water Softener, and advanced Reverse Osmosis. The journey continues with UV Sterilization and an Ozone Generator, culminating in a pristine Finished Water Tank.
C. Filling & Packing: The sequence initiates with a Bottle Unscrambler leading to an Air Conveyor, which seamlessly integrates with a Washing, Filling, and Capping 3-in-1 Machine. Additional steps include a Light Checker, Blow Dryer, Dater Printer, Labeling Machine, culminating in a Packing Machine before reaching Stock.
Rinser
Ingeniously designed spring cramps are employed during the bottle washing phase. This mechanism allows bottles to be flipped 180 degrees along the rail, enabling dual internal and external washes, ensuring superior cleaning efficiency.
The rinsing machine, a testament to Sky's engineering, incorporates a double-opened bottle clip that securely grasps the bottleneck. Made from hygienic and durable SUS304, this clip ensures robust and sanitary operations.
Precision-engineered bottle clips come equipped with efficient spray nozzles. The 15-degree angled spray ensures comprehensive bottle coverage while conserving water.
Constructed with premium-grade stainless steel to guarantee longevity and quality.
The drinking water machine is equipped with a bottle jam protection device for uninterrupted operation.
Filler
Our PET Bottled Liquid Filler boasts a meticulously designed filling structure with no hygiene dead angles. The system operates smoothly, controlling material precisely within ±2mm, subject to bottle design. Made from SUS304, the filling valve ensures automatic liquid level control, engaging upon contact with the bottleneck. Bottles are deftly conveyed by a wheel during the filling process.
Capper
The screw capping machine, a pivotal component of the 3-in-1 system, plays a critical role in product stability. Its features enhance both the precision and reliability of capping.
1) Shean leverages cutting-edge technology in screw capping to bolster the machine's stability and reliability. Utilizing a magnetic torque system, the power of screw capping is adjustable without steps, preventing damage to caps and ensuring reliable capping.
2) Equipped with photoelectric control, the screw capping component halts operation if caps are absent or defective, ensuring consistent product quality.

Service Term
1. Installation
Please note that initial installation services are not included in the standard package. Our highly trained professional team needs to be scheduled at least four weeks in advance for any installation services. All necessary connectivity should be prepared before the scheduled service date to ensure seamless installation.
Upon arrival, our expert team will provide a comprehensive two-day training session on both operation and maintenance procedures. We ensure the initial installation is completed within five working days. Please note that installation duration may vary according to the machine model and packaging lines. A standard working day consists of eight hours, and any additional time will incur charges as per our service fee detailed below.
For the initial installation performed by our expert team a surcharge is applicable at $80 per person per day, plus travel expenses. Travel expenses encompass documentation fees (including visa charges), travel to and from the destination by air, train, ferry, bus, or taxi; accommodation in a minimum of a three-star hotel; and three hot meals daily.
2. Translator
Should a translator be necessary and not provided by the purchaser,we will offera translator at the same rate as outlined for the initial installation. All communications with our engineersshould be conducted in Chinese, with translations available between English and Chinese only. It is the purchaser's responsibility to manage translations between their local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
We offer a comprehensive two Year Warranty covering manufacturer defects. Please note that issues arising from human error, mishandling, normal wear and tear, or foreseeable conditions are not included under this warranty. All electronic components are safeguarded either by the original part manufacturer's warranty or by our company.Thisensures peace of mind.
2. Payment
A 30% deposit of the total contract value is payable via T/T within five working days of signing the purchase contract.
The remaining 70% must be settled via T/T 10 working days before shipment to ensure timely delivery of your equipment.
We also accept payment through L/C with a 30% down payment and 70% payable at sight, providing flexibility in payment options.
