Rinser
Spring clamps ensure efficient bottle washing. Bottles are inverted 180° along the rail, with dual internal and external washes for high efficiency.
The rinsing machine features Sky original double-opened bottle clips. These SUS304 clips lock the bottleneck, ensuring hygiene and durability.
Bottle clips come with efficient spray nozzles. The 15° extrusive droplets ensure comprehensive bottle cleaning while conserving water.

Filler
The PET bottled liquid filler has a hygienic design, stable operation, and precise material control within ±2mm. SUS304 filling valves, automatic liquid level control, and bottle neck contact filling ensure efficiency.
Capper
The screw capping machine, a vital part of the 3-in-1 system, ensures product stability and reliability with advanced features.
1) Shean's advanced screw capping technology enhances stability and reliability. Magnetic torque allows adjustable power without damaging caps, ensuring reliable capping.
2) Photoelectric control in the screw capping section stops the machine automatically when no cap or a defective cap is detected.

We offer a complete solution for juice production plants, including water treatment systems, bottle blowing machines, washing filling capping machines, code sprayers, automatic labeling machines, automatic packing machines, and automatic palletizer systems.
1.Installation
The initial installation does not includea professionalteam member. All installations with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before the actual trip. All necessary connections must be ready prior to the service being scheduled.
When ourprofessionalteam member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, a two-day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedures. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days.
The actual installation days may vary based on different machine models and packing lines. Each working day consists of 8 working hours. Any additional days will be charged according to our service fee listed below.
When an initial installation requires ourprofessionalteam member, the surcharge will be made in advance by the purchaser at US$80/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees (visa charges); local and destination transportation charges (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi, or any means of transportation required to arrive at/from the destination); accommodation (minimum of a 3-star hotel facility); and 3 daily hot meals.
2.Translator
If a translator is required and cannot'be provided by the purchaser, we will provide a translator for the same charge as the initial installation stipulated above.All communication with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provided by us will be between English and Chinese only. The purchaser is responsible for translation between the local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1.Warranty
All parts are under atwoyear warrantyagainst defects from the manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and-tear, or foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and components can be guaranteed by the original part's manufacturer or our company.
2.Payment
30%of the total contract amount is to be T/T into the assigned account within 5 working days after the purchase contract is signed.
70%of the balance must be made via T/T of the remaining balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is delivered, 10 working days prior to shipment.
We also accept L/C payment: 30% down payment, and 70% L/C at sight.

2. Do you have stock?
Most of our machines are in stock, and we adhere to a 24-hour dispatch policy.
3. What is your lead time?
The lead time depends on the order quantity, but we guarantee a maximum of 10 days.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, and PayPal. These terms are negotiable.
