Rinser
Spring cramps are utilized in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles are turned 180° along the conveying rail. With two stages of internal and external washing, the bottle washing efficiency is maximized.
The rinsing machine adopts Sky original double-opened bottle clip. The clip locks the bottleneck and is made of hygienic, durable SUS304 material.
The bottle clip is equipped with an efficient spray nozzle. The extrusive droplet at a 15° angle ensures thorough cleaning of all sides of the bottle, conserving water.
Constructed from superior quality stainless steel.
The drinking water machine is equipped with a bottle jam protection device.
Filler
The PET bottled liquid filler features a hygienic design with no dead angles. It operates stably, controlling the material from the bottleneck with an accuracy within ±2mm (subject to bottle design). The filling valve is made of SUS304. The filling system includes automatic liquid level control. The valve elevator initiates filling upon contact with the bottleneck. Bottles are conveyed by a wheel in the filling section.
Capper
The screw capping machine is the most precise part of the 3-in-1 machine, crucial for product stability and reliability. It features the following:
1) Shean imports advanced screw capping technology to enhance stability and reliability. The magnetic torque allows for stepless power adjustment, ensuring caps are not damaged and the capping is reliable.
2) The screw capping part includes photoelectric control. If there is no cap or a defective cap, the machine stops automatically.

We provide a complete solution for juice production plants, including water treatment systems, bottle blowing machines, washing filling capping machines, code sprayers, automatic labeling machines, automatic packing machines, and automatic palletizer systems.
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. All installation with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
While our professional member arrives at the site for a completed and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days
. The actual installation days many vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
When initial installation is being called for our professional member required, the surcharge will be made advance by the purchase at US$80/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees visa charge); local and destination transportation charges air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily hot meals.
2. Translator
If translator is required and can't be provided by purchaser then we will provide a translator for same charge as initial installation stipulated above. All communicate with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provide by us will be based between English and Chinese only. Purchaser is responsible for the translation between local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are under two Year Warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and component can be guaranteed by original part's manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
30% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.
70% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.
We also accept L/C payment, 30% down payment, and 70% L/C at sight
1. How can I get the price? We usually provide a quote within 2 hours after receiving your inquiry. Even on weekends and holidays,
we strive to respond at the earliest. If you urgently need the price, please call us or contact us through other means,
so we can provide you with a quote promptly.
2. Do you have stock?
Most of our machines are in stock, and we follow a 24-hour dispatch rule.
3. What is your lead time?
It depends on the order quantity, but 10 days is the maximum.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, and PayPal. These terms are negotiable.
5. Do you accept trade assurance?
