FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES
Meticulously engineered for excellence, this machine is purpose-built to efficiently fill milk, juice, soymilk, and other beverages. It seamlessly automates each step of the process, from form feed and sterilization to filling, shaping, and sealing, delivering a streamlined and reliable operation.
The highly sophisticated PLC human control system is equipped with an intuitive Human-Machine Interface, displaying in both English and Chinese, to ensure effortless operation and minimize fault occurrence, enhancing the user experience.
This remarkable machine allows you to effortlessly execute every crucial step, including scroll run, batch numbering, plastic tape adhesion, sterilization, cylinder rolling, precise material filling, sealing, molding, cutting, and horn-shaped formation, with unparalleled efficiency.
Aseptic Conveying
Aseptic conveying is a critical process, ensuring sterile transportation from the ultra-high temperature sterilization equipment to aseptic filling machines. This rigorous procedure demands that all intermediate pipelines and equipment are thoroughly sanitized, disinfected, and maintained airtight. The machine's AP aseptic manifold valve facilitates seamless connection to the intermediate delivery pipeline, ensuring uninterrupted aseptic flow.
Sterile Environment
Refer to the sterilization system overview diagram below for an in-depth understanding of sterilized packaging materials. Utilizing hydrogen peroxide with a 35% concentration, the machine achieves sterilization as packaging material, heated to approximately 75 degrees, passes through the hydrogen peroxide water tank. Tetra Pak's ingeniously designed hydrogen peroxide tank ensures no less than 6.6 seconds of exposure, guaranteeing comprehensive sterilization. Note: The efficacy of hydrogen peroxide is contingent on concentration, temperature, and exposure time.
The sterile environment overview diagram illustrates the process of creating a pristine environment. Air is sterilized at ultra-high temperatures, subsequently cooled, and channeled into the sterile room, maintaining a positive pressure. This cyclic replacement of sterile air serves dual purposes: refreshing the sterile environment and removing hydrogen peroxide molecules, which dissolve in water and are expelled into the dilution tank, thus promoting environmental sustainability. The sterile environment is established through a trifecta of measures:
1) Utilizing hot sterile air to carry atomized hydrogen peroxide and applying it within a confined space.
2) The atomized hydrogen peroxide undergoes liquefaction and is then dried with hot sterile air.
3) Cooled sterile air is then employed to maintain a positive pressure within the sterile room, ensuring an optimal aseptic environment.
The aforementioned three points are integral to understanding the spraying and drying processes detailed in the subsequent section. Together, they form a critical part of aseptic filling, achieving both 'sterilized packaging material' and 'sterile environment' objectives.
