The machine is designed for filling milk, juice, soymilk, and other beverages. It automates the entire process, including form feed, sterilization, filling, shaping, and sealing.

Aseptic transportation is actually aseptic transportation from ultra-high temperature sterilization equipment to aseptic filling machines. Aseptic transportation requires that the pipelines and equipment in the middle can be sanitized, disinfected and kept airtight. The AP aseptic manifold valve of the machine can be connected to the intermediate delivery pipeline.
For sterilized packaging materials, please see the sterilization system overview diagram below. The machine uses hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 35%. When the packaging material is heated to about 75 degrees and passes through the hydrogen peroxide water tank, the sterilization effect of the hydrogen peroxide is used. Sterilization of packaging materials (Tetra Pak designed a hydrogen peroxide water tank based on the demonstration, so that the time for packaging materials to pass through the hydrogen peroxide water tank is no less than 6.6 seconds, which can fully ensure the sterilization effect of packaging materials). Note: The sterilization efficiency of hydrogen peroxide is related to concentration, temperature and time.
For a sterile environment, please see the overview diagram of the sterile system below. The air is sterilized at high temperature by an ultra-high temperature heater. After cooling, it enters the sterile room and maintains a certain positive pressure in the sterile room. (As you can see in the picture, the sterile air is replaced cyclically. This circulation method has two functions. The establishment of a sterile environment can be summarized in three sentences:
1) Use hot sterile air to carry atomized hydrogen peroxide and spray it into a closed area.
2) The atomized hydrogen peroxide is liquefied, and then dried with hot sterile air.
3) After drying, use cooled sterile air to maintain positive pressure in the sterile room.
The above three points can be understood in conjunction with the spraying and drying in the next section. Among the four steps of aseptic filling, "sterilized packaging material" and "sterile environment" are achieved by this paragraph.
