This state-of-the-art machine executes every necessary step autonomously: from scroll movement and batch number addition to plastic tape application, chemical and physical sterilization, cylinder rolling, material filling, sealing-off, molding, cutting, and even forming a horn-shaped product.

In contrast to traditional roundness systems, our patented rectangular forming method guarantees more stable operation and reliable performance, resulting in products with a flawless exterior appearance.

Advanced Sterilization System

The packaging material undergoes treatment with unheated *** for 1-2 seconds. Following this, the *** is dried using ultraviolet light before the material moves into the sterile warehouse for vertical sealing, ensuring uncompromised hygiene and safety.

Please be aware that this machine does not include a sterile air chamber. It is specifically designed for acidic juices, water, red wine, and other acidic beverages, as their acidic content prevents bacterial growth. As a result, this machine is unsuitable for liquids with high protein and sugar content, such as milk, fresh juice, soy milk, and coconut milk.

We provide extra sets of commonly broken spares and accessories, such as O-rings. During the 1-year warranty period, we will replace any non-artificially damaged parts free of charge.

For prolonged machine life, clean each part after filling, and conduct a thorough cleaning at least three times a year.
5. Installation and Commissioning
INSTALLATION and COMMISSIONING: Two weeks before shipping, both parties will discuss equipment entry conditions, installation and commissioning cooperation, and other preparatory matters. We will assist in readying the project site. The buyer should prepare the necessary water, power, and steam sources as per our requirements. Upon delivery, both parties will supervise the unpacking. Our personnel will then handle installation, commissioning, and trial production, with the buyer's assistance, to achieve the design capability within a planned timeframe. We are responsible for the necessary tools and spare parts for installation and commissioning, excluding items inconvenient to transport, like argon gas.
6. Staff Training
Our company will dispatch skilled technicians to ensure the machine is operational within the necessary timeframe and to train your personnel. The buyer will cover air tickets, board and lodging, and any car rental costs for our technical staff.
7. Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from installation. If defects are reported within 15 days of discovery and within the 12-month warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part at our expense.
8. After Sales Service
Upon completion of installation and training, should the buyer submit a written service request, we will provide necessary interventions and services for the machinery and equipment supplied.
