5. Installation and Commissioning

The buyer must prepare necessary water, power, and steam sources as specified by the seller. Upon arrival at the buyer's workshop, equipment will be unpacked jointly by both parties' personnel. The seller will oversee installation, commissioning, and trial production with the buyer's assistance, ensuring the equipment reaches its designed capability on schedule. The seller will provide all necessary tools and spare parts for installation and commissioning, except for items difficult to transport, such as argon gas.
6. Staff Training
Our company will dispatch experienced technicians to ensure the machine is fully operational and to train your staff. The buyer will be responsible for covering the technicians' air tickets, accommodations, and car rental costs.
7. Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed against material and workmanship defects for 12 months from the installation date. If a defect is reported in writing within 15 days of discovery, and within the 12-month period, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.
8. After Sales Service
After installation and training, if the buyer submits a written application, our company will provide ongoing service for the machinery and/or equipment.
