FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES

1. The machine is suitable for filling milk, juice, soymilk, and other beverages.


2. The machine automatically performs the following steps: Form Feed-sterilize-filling-shaping-sealing.


3. Equipped with a PLC human control system and a Human-Machine Interface with English and Chinese display for intuitive operation and a low fault rate.


4. Automatically completes all job steps, including scroll run, batch number, plastic tape sticking, chemical and physical sterilization, cylinder rolling, material filling, sealing-off, molding, cutting, and horn-shaped formation.


5. Utilizes our own patented rectangular forming method instead of a roundness system, resulting in improved stability, reliability, and a perfect exterior appearance of the product.


6. Sterilization system 

       Treat the packaging material with unheated hydrogen peroxide for 1-2 seconds. Then use ultraviolet light to remove the     
       hydrogen peroxide on the packaging
  
     Please note that this machine does not have a sterile air chamber. Only suitable for acidic drinks such as acidic juice, water,           and red wine. The acidity in these drinks inhibits the growth of bacteria. Therefore, this machine is not suitable for processing        liquids with high protein and sugar content, such as milk, fresh juice, soy milk, coconut milk, etc.
