A. Bottle production line involves an intricate synergy of technology and precision. Starting with PET Resin-Injection moulding machine, it seamlessly transitions into the Bottle blowing machine to craft the perfect PET bottle.
B. Water treatment system guarantees purity and quality. It begins with Raw water-Pump integration, followed by a state-of-the-art Silica sand filter and Carbon filter. The process includes a Water softer, advanced Reverse Osmosis, UV sterilizer, and Ozone generator, culminating in a pristine Finished water tank.
C. Filling & Packing part is a marvel of automation and efficiency. From Bottle unscrambler and Air conveyor to the Washing, filling, capping 3 in 1 machine, every step is meticulously designed. Additional features include a Light checker, Blow dryer, Dater printer, Labeling machine, and Packing machine, leading to seamless Stock management.
Rinser
Embracing precision, spring cramps are employed during the bottle washing process. The bottles pivot 180° along the conveying rail, ensuring thorough dual internal and external washing. This method significantly enhances the efficiency of the bottle cleaning process.
The rinsing machine boasts the innovative Sky original and double-opened bottle clip, ensuring a firm lock on the bottleneck. Crafted from hygienic and durable SUS304, the bottle clip exemplifies quality.
Equipped with an advanced spray nozzle, the bottle clip delivers a precise 15° angled spray, ensuring comprehensive cleaning while conserving water.
Crafted from superior quality stainless steel, this equipment promises durability and excellence.
To ensure flawless operation, the drinking water machine is fitted with a sophisticated bottle jam protection device.
Filler
The PET bottled liquid bottle filler is designed with a keen focus on hygiene and efficiency. Its filling structure minimizes dead angles, ensuring stable operation. Material control is precise, with an accuracy within ±2mm, tailored to bottle design. The SUS304 filling valve ensures quality, with an automatic liquid level control system. The filling valve starts upon contacting the bottle neck, and the bottle is guided seamlessly by the wheel throughout the filling process.
Capper
The screw capping machine, a critical component of the 3-in-1 system, delivers exceptional stability and reliability, crucial for product integrity.
1) Shean incorporates cutting-edge screw capping technology to enhance stability and reliability. The machine utilizes magnetic torque, allowing for step-free power adjustments, ensuring cap integrity is maintained without damage.
2) Equipped with photoelectrical control, the screw capping machine halts operation automatically if it detects a missing or defective cap.

Service Term
1. Installation
The initial installation is not included with the professional member. All installation with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
While our professional member arrives at the site for a completed and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days . The actual installation days many vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
When initial installation is being called for our professional member required, the surcharge will be made advance by the purchase at US$80/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses include documentation fees visa charge); local and destination transportation charges air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily hot meals.
2. Translator
If translator is required and can't be provided by purchaser then we will provide a translator for same charge as initial installation stipulated above. All communicate with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provide by us will be based between English and Chinese only. Purchaser is responsible for the translation between local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts are under two Year Warranty with defects from manufacturer. Any other defect caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and tear & any foreseeable conditions will not be covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and component can be guaranteed by original part's manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
30% of the total contract amount is to be T/T into assigned account at the period of 5 working days after the Purchase contract is signed.
70% of the balance must to be made via T/T of the remainder balance amount of the purchase contract before the ordered equipment is to be delivered 10 working days prior of the shipment.
We also accept L/C payment, 30% down payment, and 70% L/C at sight
