Rinser
Spring cramps are utilized in the bottle washing process. Empty bottles can be turned 180° along the conveying rail, undergoing two stages of internal and external washing for high efficiency.
The rinsing machine features Sky original double-opened bottle clips, which lock the bottleneck. Made of SUS304, the bottle clip is both hygienic and durable.
Each bottle clip is equipped with an efficient spray nozzle. The extrusive droplet at a 15° angle ensures thorough cleaning of all sides of the bottle, while conserving water.
Crafted from superior quality stainless steel.
The drinking water machine is equipped with a bottle jam protection device.
Filler
The PET bottled liquid filler features a well-designed filling structure with no hygiene dead angles. It operates stably, controlling material from the bottleneck with an accuracy of ±2mm (depending on the bottle design). Made of SUS304, the filling valve system includes automatic liquid level control. The filling valve elevator starts the fill after contacting the bottle neck. Bottles are conveyed by a wheel in the filling part.
Capper
The screw capping machine is the most precise part of the 3-in-1 system, crucial for product stability and reliability. It boasts the following features:
1) Shean imports advanced screw capping technology to enhance the stability and reliability of the machine. The magnetic torque allows for adjustable power, ensuring caps are not damaged and the capping is reliable.
2) The screw capping part includes photoelectrical control. If there is no cap or a defective cap, the machine will automatically stop.

We provide complete solutions for juice production plants, including water treatment systems, bottle blowing machines, washing filling capping machines, code sprayers, automatic labeling machines, automatic packing machines, and automatic palletizer systems.
1. Installation
The initial installation service is not included with the professional team. All installations with our team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance. Ensure all necessary connectivity is ready prior to scheduling the service.
When our professional team arrives on-site for the final installation, a two-day training course will be provided to the customer covering operation and maintenance procedures. The initial installation is completed within 5 working days
. The actual installation duration may vary based on different machine models and packing lines. Each working day consists of 8 hours. Any additional days will be charged according to our service fees listed below.
When initial installation is requested, our professional team will require a surcharge of US$80/person/day plus all travel expenses, to be paid in advance. Travel expenses include documentation fees (visa charges); local and destination transportation (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any other required means); accommodation (minimum of 3-star hotel); and 3 daily hot meals.
2. Translator
If a translator is required and cannot't be provided by the purchaser, we can provide one for the same charge as the initial installation fee stipulated above. All communication with our engineer should be in Chinese. Any translation provided by us will be between English and Chinese only. The purchaser is responsible for translation between the local language and English.
Commercial Terms
1. Warranty
All parts come with a two-Year Warranty against manufacturer defects. Any other defects caused by human error, mishandling, wear-and-tear, or foreseeable conditions are not covered by this warranty. All electronic parts and components are guaranteed by the original part's manufacturer or our company.
2. Payment
30% of the total contract amount must be transferred via T/T to the assigned account within 5 working days after the purchase contract is signed.
70% of the remaining balance must be paid via T/T 10 working days prior to shipment of the ordered equipment.
We also accept L/C payments, with 30% down payment and 70% L/C at sight.
