The Production Line Machine Steel Pipe Hot Roll Forming Machine Pipe Expanding, manufactured by Shean (Cangzhou) Corp., Ltd., is a high-quality and efficient machine designed for expanding steel pipes.

Operating Process

 

The expanding machine operates in the following steps:

 

1. The rinsed pipe is sent to the rotary idler device on the center line of the expanding machine.


2. Using the rotating idler device and the camera system, the tube weld is precisely rotated to the 12 o'clock position.


3. The lifting cone roller lifts the pipe to the center line of the reaming machine, controlled by a displacement sensor.


4. The clamping trolley moves forward and secures the end of the tube using a metal detector.


5. The feeding roller of the clamping trolley is activated, controlled by an encoder.


6. The pipe length is combined with the reaming head to automatically calculate the optimal reaming steps.


7. The clamp jaws can be rotated to avoid damaging the tube wall.


8. The height of the clamp can be adjusted to compensate for pipe straightening deviation and optimize the straightening effect of the reamer.
