The mineral water production line utilizes direct connection technology between the air conveyor and in-feeding star-wheel, eliminating the need for in-feeding screw and conveyor, thus simplifying the process of bottle-size-changing.

 

Neck-hanging technology is employed in bottle transportation, using a neck-hanging gripper instead of the traditional star-wheel. This innovation allows for easy bottle-size-changing without the need for equipment height adjustment, only requiring the replacement of arch board and star-wheel nylon parts.

 

The automatic water filling machine features specially-designed rinsing grippers made of stainless steel, ensuring firmness and durability. These grippers have no contact with the screw part of the bottle, preventing second pollution.

 

Equipped with a rapid gravity filling valve with high flow, this machine enables faster filling with accurate liquid levels and zero liquid loss.

 

The splint of the star-wheel adopts a twist descending method, simplifying the process of bottle-size-changing.
