FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES
This cutting-edge machine is meticulously engineered to handle the filling of milk, juice, soymilk, and a variety of other beverages with seamless automation. It expertly manages every stage - from form feed, sterilization, filling, and shaping to the final sealing process.
Our sophisticated PLC human control system is equipped with an intuitive Human-Machine Interface, available in both English and Chinese. This ensures straightforward operation with a significantly reduced fault rate.
With unparalleled ease, this machine expedites all operational stages, including scroll run, batch numbering, plastic tape application, sterilization, cylinder rolling, precise material filling, sealing-off, molding, cutting, and horn-shaped formation.
Aseptic Conveying
Aseptic transport involves transferring from ultra-high temperature sterilization facilities to aseptic filling machines, demanding that all intermediary pipelines and equipment remain sanitized, disinfected, and perfectly sealed. The AP aseptic manifold valve integrates seamlessly with the intermediate delivery pipeline to ensure this critical process.
Sterile Environment
For detailed sterilization procedures of packaging materials, refer to the sterilization system overview diagram below. Our machine employs 35% concentration hydrogen peroxide, optimized to 75 degrees during transit through the hydrogen peroxide tank, assuring thorough sterilization. The Tetra Pak-designed hydrogen peroxide water tank guarantees an exposure time of no less than 6.6 seconds, ensuring sterilization effectiveness. Note: Efficacy is contingent on hydrogen peroxide concentration, temperature, and exposure time.

Air undergoes ultra-high temperature sterilization, then cools before entering the sterile room, maintaining positive pressure. (The illustration highlights the cyclic exchange of sterile air, serving dual purposes: rejuvenating sterile air supply and removing hydrogen peroxide molecules, which dissolve in water and are expelled to a dilution tank, promoting eco-friendliness). The sterile environment is achieved by three key actions:
1) Employ hot sterile air to disseminate atomized hydrogen peroxide into enclosed areas.
2) Liquefy atomized hydrogen peroxide, followed by drying with hot sterile air.
3) Once dry, introduce cooled sterile air to sustain positive pressure within the sterile room.
These three procedures integrate with the spraying and drying steps discussed in the following section. Within the four-tier aseptic filling protocol, 'sterilized packaging material' and 'sterile environment' are accomplished through these sophisticated measures.

5.Anstrallation and Commissioning
INSTALLATION and COMISSIONING Two weeks before the equipment is shipped, the seller and the buyer will communicate on the equipment entry conditions, required installation and commissioning cooperation and other matters, and assist the buyer in preparing the project site. The buyer shall prepare the water source, power source and steam source required for equipment commissioning and operation to connect to the seller's equipment according to the seller's requirements. After the equipment arrives at the user's workshop, the goods will be unpacked in the presence of personnel from both parties. The seller's personnel shall carry out the installation, commissioning and trial production of the equipment with the assistance of the buyer's personnel, and achieve the design capability within the planned time. The seller is responsible for the tools and spare parts needed for installation and commissioning (except for inconvenient transportation, such as argon gas).
6. Staff Training
Our company should dispatch enough skilled technicians to put the machine into use within the necessary time and train customer personnel. The technical staff's air tickets, board and lodging fees and any car rental costs will be borne by the buyer
7.Guarantee
The above products are guaranteed not to be affected by possible defects in materials and/or workmanship within 12 months from the date of installation. If the buyer issues a written notice in a timely manner within 15 days after the defect is discovered, and within the above-mentioned period of 12 months, the seller will repair and/or replace the defective part at its own expense.
8.After Sales Service
After the installation and training plan is completed, if the buyer submits a written application to the seller, the seller will intervene and provide services to the machinery and/or equipment provided. Every time a service is requested, the buyer's technical staff's travel expenses (round trip), board and lodging, and any rental car expenses must be paid, as well as a daily fee of US$150 per technician.
