The bending machine principle adopts induction heating and hydraulic cylinder pushing, making it ideal for hot bending various round steel pipes or square steel pipes, angle iron, channel steel, and I-beam. It can handle carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and more.
The machine has a wide steel pipe diameter range and can accommodate different wall thicknesses. The bending radius is generally 2.5D to 6D, but we can also accommodate larger radii based on customer needs. Additionally, we can produce steel pipes with multiple curvature radii. The bending angle ranges from 0 to 90° or 0 to 180°.
