The Beam bends making induction bending machine hot bender adopts induction heating and hydraulic cylinder pushing. It is designed to bend various round steel pipes or square steel pipes, angle iron, channel steel, and I-beam. The steel pipe diameter range and wall thickness range can be customized according to customer needs. The bending radius is generally 2.5D to 6D, but we can accommodate larger radii upon request. Our machine can also produce steel pipes with multiple curvature radii. The bending angle can range from 0 to 90° or 0 to 180°.
